PROTECTING FABRIC WORKERS
Protecting Fabric Workers
At Munat, we value the health, safety, and rights of our fabric workers. We vow to go above and beyond legal compliance to ensure that the workers in our supply chain are secure and work in safe and respectful environments. We regularly audit our suppliers and have a transparent relationship with all of them to ensure high ethical standards. By fostering a work atmosphere that respects and values human dignity and security, we ensure that our brand’s name is not only limited to our products, but also protecting our integrity-focused human-centred company culture.
Wage & Salary
Munat is dedicated not only to fair labor practices but also healthy wage policies. Munat promises decent wages for everyone willing – from the fabrics workers to the retail members. All workers are paid a living wage and a paycheck to reflect the values of hard effort and enthusiasm. Employees and their families are well compensated, with increased satisfaction and loyalty resulting in increased product quality and operational efficiency.
We plant trees
Munat’s identity is focused on environmental awareness. We pay for tree to be planted via our shipping bag supplier whom works with OneTreePlanted. It occurs by reforesting the Earth to combat climate change. It not only does this neutralise our carbon footprint from manufacturing and transporting goods but also increases biodiversity and reforests natural ecosystems. Customers participate in eco-conservation with each purchase, which should be straightforward.
Our Fabrics
All fabrics are sourced from the U.K supporting the British fabric mills.
At Munat, we choose our fabrics with intent. We offer environmentally friendly options that have a lower environmental effect. Reduced water usage, power consumption, waste, and chemical usage are among the benefits of organic cotton, recycled polyester, and other materials produced from sustainable sources. They are also more pleasant to wear and longer-lasting. Our garments are intended to last as long as necessary.
